At Velara Beauty, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched
- During high-demand periods such as sales or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended

4. Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free Shipping — available on qualifying orders as indicated at checkout or during promotions
- Express Shipping — available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@velarabeauty.com.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival
- These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping fee
- Velara Beauty has no control over customs processing times, which may cause additional delays
- We are required by law to declare the full value of all shipments on customs forms
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Velara Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery has been made. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or building management
- Contacting your local post office or carrier directly
- Waiting 2–3 additional business days as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at info@velarabeauty.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@velarabeauty.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
9. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Velara Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@velarabeauty.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.
